Village People – Village People (1977, US LP, Terre Haute Pressing)

Village People – Village People (1977, US LP, Terre Haute Pressing)

A VG+ vinyl copy of the debut that started it all — the record plays well and looks good, with a well-loved sleeve that shows its era honestly.

Released in 1977 on Casablanca, the Village People's self-titled debut introduced one of the most iconic acts of the disco era. Before Macho Man, before Y.M.C.A., this is where it all began — a raw, energetic snapshot of the group finding their voice and the New York disco scene at full tilt. This Terre Haute pressing is a genuine first-generation US copy, the kind of original release that collectors and completists seek out.
