Refund policy

Return Rules
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you must first begin a return request by contacting us at steven@neu2u.com. If the return is approved, you may return the item at your expense. The item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and unopened if factory sealed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items that are listed as FINAL sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item does not match its description or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Accepted returns once received will be processed within 10 days to the original payment method (minus restocking fee). You can always contact us for any return or refund question at steven@neu2u.com.

Exchanges
In lieu of refund, you can request an exchange which will waive the 10% restocking fee. You can always contact us for any exchange question at steven@neu2u.com.
