Village People – Live And Sleazy (1979, US DJ Copy 2×LP, Santa Maria Gatefold)

Village People – Live And Sleazy (1979, US DJ Copy 2×LP, Santa Maria Gatefold)

A pretty nice VG+ DJ copy — both records look and sound great, and the gatefold sleeve is holding up well with only faint ring wear and light edge bumps to note.

Released in 1979 at the peak of their fame, Live And Sleazy captures Village People in full performance mode — a double live album packed with the anthems that defined the disco era, pressed on two LPs and housed in a gatefold sleeve. This DJ copy on Casablanca's Santa Maria pressing was made for radio and club play, giving it a provenance and scarcity that standard retail copies can't match. A great find for disco collectors and Village People completists alike.
