Can U Take It? is an unofficial 1979 release on Rubber Robot Records capturing Devo at their most raw and confrontational — the jerky rhythms, the sardonic wit, the proto-synth-pop energy that made them unlike anything else on the planet. With catalog number RR-001, this is the very first release on the label, and a genuine artifact of the band's early underground years. Copies in this condition, still in shrink, are extraordinarily hard to come by.
