David Bowie – ChangesOneBowie (2016 Reissue / Parlophone / 180g / German Import)

A factory-sealed Mint copy of ChangesOneBowie pressed on 180-gram vinyl — a 2016 Parlophone German Import reissue, pristine and unplayed, and the definitive entry point into the Bowie catalog on vinyl.

Originally compiled in 1976, ChangesOneBowie surveys the years 1969 to 1974 — the period that established Bowie as one of rock's most visionary and chameleonic artists. "Space Oddity," "Ziggy Stardust," "Suffragette City," "Jean Genie," "Rebel Rebel," and "Rock 'n' Roll Suicide" are among the recordings collected here, each one a landmark that defined its moment and has endured every decade since. As a single LP introduction to Bowie's early catalog, nothing surpasses it — and this 2016 Parlophone 180-gram German Import pressing presents it with the weight and clarity these recordings deserve. The natural companion to ChangesTwoBowie for collectors building a complete Bowie overview. Sealed Mint copies are increasingly hard to find.
